No, the cash on delivery option isn’t available on our website. We offer multiple online payment methods: Credit card and Debit card (including American Express), Net Banking, various E-Wallets like Freecharge, PayZapp, Itz Cash, OlaMoney, PhonePe, Google Pay.

6. How do I place an order on Bookspanda?
- At Bookspanda, all it takes is a few simple steps to place an order:
- Step 1 Click the `Add to Cart` button on the book(s) you wish to purchase. The book(s) will be automatically added to your Cart.
- Step 2 Go to your ‘Shopping Cart’ and complete the purchase:
- a) by signing up as a new user; or
- b) by logging in, if you are an existing user.
- Although creating an account is not mandatory, we highly recommend it, as you will be able to rate and review the books and avail exclusive coupons/offers, receive notifications and be the first to know about sales.
- Step 3 Complete the checkout by entering your email address, shipping address, and payment details. Then, click on the `Place Order` button to proceed.
- Step 4 Once the order has been placed, a confirmation message with the order number will be displayed. Additionally, we will send you an email to confirm your order.

11. What should I do if my credit/debit card has been compromised when I am trying to make a payment online?
At Bookspanda.in, we do not collect or receive your credit card information. This is collected directly on the Bank’s payment gateway. If you believe that your credit card has been compromised, then please immediately report the incident to your card-issuing bank.
12. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on your website?
There are no hidden charges when you purchase books from Bookspanda.in.
The prices displayed on our website for all the items are final and fully inclusive. You pay the exact amount you see on the website. However, separate delivery charges are employed depending on the weight of the books being couriered in your order.
13. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An e-mail and SMS will be sent to you once your order has been successfully placed. We will also update you as soon as your order is shipped, along with the tracking number, for your shipment.
14. Can I buy multiple books in a single order?
Yes, you can! Just add all the books you wish to buy in your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
15. My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
Split shipments are completely normal. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations across India.
16. What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are calculated as working days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the transportation provider (courier) used. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days.
If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the Date of Order.
17. Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, absolutely! During the checkout process, you can simply enter the desired shipping address and uncheck the box that states, "Billing address is the same as Shipping address." This will allow you to input a different billing address.

- If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it before the products are dispatched. If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, try checking after 10 minutes. 23. How can I cancel my order on the website?
In order to cancel an item in your order:
You need to just drop an email at info@bookspanda.in Mention your order number (For Ex-BP12345) in the email. State the reason for cancellation in email Customer care will assist you to cancel the order Once your cancellation request is emailed, we will revert & confirm via email.
24. What does `Out of Stock` mean?
Out of stock means that the book is currently not available. You can use the `Notify Me` tab on the book page to get a notification when it comes back in stock.
25. Can I order a book that is Out of Stock?
Unfortunately, you can’t. Books listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for purchase. However, you can use the `Notify Me` tab on the product page, and we will notify you if, and when, the book is back in stock. If you are not a registered user, you will need to provide your registered email address for the update.

28. What issue are you facing?
- You can raise a ticket by writing to us at info@bookspanda.in for any of the following issues that you may be facing:
- Status shows delivered but the shipment wasn`t delivered
- Just to be sure, we request you to kindly check with your neighbours or the security guard if the package has been delivered to them, before writing to us. If it has not been delivered, kindly reach out to the customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation.
- Please note, Bookspanda does not take responsibility for the misplacement of products post-delivery.
- Return/replacement of book
- Please write to us with the reason for the refund/replacement of your book. To know about the eligibility of the return or replacement of your book, please go to the “Refunds” section. The book delivered is damaged.
