You can cancel the order by going to the 'My Orders' section. Please note it is possible to cancel an order only until dispatch. In case of a pre-paid order, the amount will be refunded in 2-5 working days to the same mode of payment that was used to place the order.
2. How do I cancel an order after it has been shipped?
The books are dispatched once the order is received from the customer. Orders once dispatched the books are not eligible for cancellation. However, if you do not accept the order at the time of delivery, and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct shipping charges as applicable, and refund the balance after verifying the packaging/condition of the returned order. You can expect a partial refund within 10-15 days working days after we receive the order.
3. Can I opt for an exchange or return of the book(s) ordered?
Yes, of course. You will be eligible for a return/exchange, without incurring any additional charges only in the case of:
a. Missing content
b. Damage
c. Delivery of the wrong book
d. The book is different from the description on the product display page
You can request a return/exchange from the Orders section of your profile within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Please indicate whether you are looking for a return or exchange, provide the reason for return/exchange, and include up to 5 images of the book.
Please allow us 07 to 10 days from the day you request a return/exchange for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the book(s) before issuing the refund/replacement.
In case you have received the wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe and undamaged. Also, retain the invoice and the packaging for successful pick-up and return.
4. Are there any cancellation charges?
If you cancel an order before it is shipped, no cancellation charges are applicable. If the order has already been shipped, we will deduct the shipping charges on the order as applicable and refund the balance amount. If a customer puts the wrong pin code, shipping address or contact number, and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charges as applicable and do a partial refund within 07-10 working days after we receive the order.
5. If I used a coupon code or reward points for payment and then canceled my order, would I be able to use the coupon code later?
If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it may not be usable for a later purchase, depending on the conditions of the coupon.
6. How will I get refunded for the returned orders?
Refunds will be issued through your preferred payment method (except cash transfers) or as coupons, as per your choice.
In the case of NEFT, it would take 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation to refund your amount.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your account through which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
